When I rate restaurants, vineyards, and breweries I have a long list of criteria. Going out isn’t just about the food and the drink. It is the whole experience. I look at service, atmosphere, presentation, and innovative menus.
For over two years I have visited over 150 restaurants, bars, and breweries. I have tasted well over 250 dishes and drinks.
